Terms of use

These terms govern your use of AnalysesVoice, a platform that connects clubs, academies and players with football performance analysts. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them

1. Definitions

  • Platform: the AnalysesVoice website and its services
  • Client: a club, academy or player who posts projects and hires analysts
  • Analyst: a performance analyst who offers analysis services through the platform
  • Contract: the agreement created when a client accepts an analyst's proposal
  • Held amount: money paid by the client and kept by the platform until the delivery is approved

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older. Players under 18 may only use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, whose details must be provided
  • The information in your account and profile must be true and up to date. One person or organisation may hold one account of each type
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account
  • Analyst profiles are reviewed before they appear to clients. Approval confirms that a profile was reviewed, not that results are guaranteed

3. The platform's role

  • AnalysesVoice provides the tools to find each other, agree, pay and deliver. The professional work is performed by the analyst, who is an independent service provider and not our employee
  • We are not responsible for the sporting decisions a client makes based on an analysis

4. Projects, proposals and contracts

  • Clients describe the work, budget and deadline. Analysts reply with a price and delivery time
  • Accepting a proposal creates a binding contract. Its scope is the project description, the accepted proposal and anything both parties agree in the contract messages
  • Any change to scope, price or deadline must be agreed in writing in the contract messages

5. Payments and fees

  • Joining is free. The client pays the contract amount plus a 3% service fee. A 10% commission is deducted from the analyst's amount
  • Clients pay through the methods shown on the contract page (InstaPay, mobile wallets, bank transfer or card) and upload the transfer receipt. The payment is confirmed once the money reaches the platform
  • The paid amount is held by the platform and is only released to the analyst after the client approves the delivery, or by a dispute decision
  • Analysts should start work only after the contract shows that payment is secured
  • Prices can be shown in Egyptian pounds or US dollars. When paying in another currency, the exchange rate shown at checkout applies

6. Delivery, revisions and approval

  • The analyst delivers through the contract page with a note and a link to the files
  • The client can request up to 3 revisions within the agreed scope, or approve the delivery
  • If the client does not respond within 14 days of a delivery, after we try to reach them, we may release the amount to the analyst

7. Analyst earnings and withdrawals

  • Approved amounts move to the analyst's balance after the commission is deducted
  • Analysts request withdrawals from the My earnings page. We usually transfer within 3 working days to the account the analyst provides
  • The analyst is responsible for the accuracy of their payout details. Bank or international transfer fees, if any, may be deducted from the amount

8. Staying on the platform

  • Sharing phone numbers, emails or external links to move a deal outside the platform is not allowed before and during a contract
  • Paying outside the platform for work found on AnalysesVoice removes our payment protection and may lead to account suspension

9. Intellectual property and confidentiality

  • After full payment, the client may use the delivered work for its own sporting, educational and promotional purposes
  • The analyst keeps their methods and templates and may show work samples only with the client's permission and without confidential details
  • The client confirms it has the right to share the match videos and data it provides
  • Both parties keep match footage, tactical information and player data confidential and use it only for the contract

10. Prohibited use

  • Fake profiles, copied work, impersonation, harassment or offensive content
  • Using analyses or data for betting, match fixing or any unlawful purpose
  • Uploading content you don't have the right to share, or malicious files
  • Attempting to access other accounts or to disrupt the platform

11. Reviews

  • Reviews must be honest and about the work done. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated or that include personal data

12. Disputes

  • Either party can open a dispute from the contract page. Work on the contract pauses until a decision
  • We review the project, proposal, messages and delivery, and may release the amount, refund it in full or split it
  • Our decision is final within the platform and does not prevent either party from using their legal rights

13. Suspension and closing accounts

  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with a note explaining the reason where possible
  • You can ask to close your account at any time. Open contracts and balances are settled first

14. Limitation of liability

  • The platform is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any contract is limited to the fees we received for it

15. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. We will announce important changes on the platform, and continued use means you accept the updated version

16. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction
