Privacy policy

This policy explains what data AnalysesVoice collects, why, who can see it and the rights you have. We collect only what we need to run the platform, and we never sell your data
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, account type and preferred language
- Profile data: photo, country and city, experience, skills, tools, CV, portfolio links and, for clubs and academies, organisation details
- Player data: date of birth, position, physical details, current club and highlights link, plus guardian details and consent for players under 18
- Contract data: projects, proposals, messages, shared files, deliveries and reviews
- Payment data: transfer receipts, sender name and transaction number, and analysts' payout account details. We do not store bank card numbers
- Technical data: essential cookies for signing in and language, and basic server logs kept by our hosting provider
2. How we use it
- To create and run your account and show your profile to the right people
- To run contracts, confirm payments, transfer earnings and resolve disputes
- To send notifications by email and on the platform about your activity
- To prevent fraud and enforce the terms of use
- To improve the platform using aggregated statistics
3. What others can see
- Your public profile: name, photo, country, headline, skills, experience and reviews
- Your email and phone number are never shown to other users
- Contract messages and files are visible only to both parties, and to our team when needed for a dispute, payment review or safety check
4. Service providers
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: sending notification emails
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google
- These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. Some of them may store data outside Egypt with suitable safeguards
5. Minors
- Players under 18 may only use the platform with a guardian's consent. A guardian can contact us to review or delete the player's data
6. How long we keep data
- We keep your data while your account is active
- After you close your account we delete or anonymise it, except records we must keep for accounting, legal obligations or open disputes
7. Security
- Data is encrypted in transit. Access rules in the database make sure each user reaches only their own data
- Private files such as CVs, receipts and chat files are kept in private storage and opened through temporary links
8. Your rights
- You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to some processing, in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, for users in the EU, the GDPR
- Most data can be edited from your profile. For anything else write to support@analysesvoice.com
9. Cookies
- We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in and remember your language. We don't use advertising trackers
10. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy and will announce important changes on the platform
