You can request up to 3 revisions within the agreed scope and if the delivery still doesn't match what was agreed you can open a dispute within 7 days for our team to review with a possible full or partial refund
How do I send the match video?

Yes: both the client and the analyst explicitly agree to keep match footage as well as tactical and player data confidential and to use it only for that contract
